Finance team is the motor of Pionicon operations. We are a group of helpful individuals that provide solutions for every department in the company. We hold a very important role in Pioniconas we are responsible for paycheck release. We also pay the bills from hotels and vendors and manage the company’s cash flow. Furthermore, we provide financial planning as well as financial report for this beloved company. As much as we love numbers, we also love karaoke, which we do occasionally to maintain our togetherness.

Job Description
  • Responsibility for all enquiry include handling complaint from customer through Phone, BBM, Email or Chat
  • Make Reservation for Hotel and Airllines
  • Do simple administration
  • Candidate must be posess at least from Diploma Degree (any field)
  • Having good communication skill
  • Can operate Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excell)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Call Center
  • Having experience in Tourism/Travel Agent is a plus
  • Can operate Abacus and Altea reservation system will be more advantage
  • Willing to work in shifting and/or weekends and public holiday
  • Willing to be placed in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta
